The flagship development

Thirty-eight
luxury estate
homes

A gated community, planned as a whole rather than assembled lot by lot. The streets, the planting and the sightlines were settled first, so that every house belongs to the place instead of merely occupying it.

Each home is built to a single standard: honest materials, generous light, and detailing that holds up long after the first year.

Early interest

Before ground is broken, Joseph is keeping a list of those who would like to see the homes first. Leave your details and he will come back to you directly.

About

A developer who works across the numbers, the borders and the buildings.

Joseph Trower works as a real estate developer and investor, advises businesses operating internationally, and gives to causes he chooses to support.

The four strands are not separate careers so much as one way of working: reading a situation carefully, committing to it for the long term, and seeing it through to the end. A house, a portfolio and a cross-border arrangement all fail for the same reason in the end — a detail nobody took the trouble to check.

The current focus is the thirty-eight estate homes in a gated community, and the buyers and investors who want to know about them before anybody else does.

More about Joseph

What he does

Four areas of work, one standard.

01

Development

Real estate, carried from land to finish.

The current work is a gated community of thirty-eight luxury estate homes. The plan is settled before anything is built: how the site is approached, how the rooms sit in the light, and how the materials will look in ten years rather than on the day of the handover.

02

Investment

Capital held with a long horizon.

Property and business interests, chosen for what they will be worth rather than what they can be turned over for. It is the same set of questions asked of a building: what is the asset, who wants it, and what could go wrong.

03

International business consulting

Counsel for work that crosses borders.

Advice for businesses operating across markets, where the difficulty is rarely the strategy and almost always the local detail — the counterparty, the paperwork, the way a deal is actually closed in that country.

04

Philanthropy

Given quietly, and on purpose.

Philanthropy is part of the work rather than a line beside it. Support is directed at the causes he chooses, without the announcement that usually accompanies it.

Enquiries

Buyers, investors
and enquiries.

A short note is enough. Say what you are interested in — one of the homes, an investment, or something else — and Joseph will reply personally.

Are you the buyer, working with an agent, or an investor?

Replies come from Joseph directly.
